With this pledge of complete retail enjoyment, we offer a full refund on all pieces apart from The Elite collection, earrings, (due to hygiene protection) and custom-made items.
Should you wish to return your item, please return in unworn condition with all tags and packaging attached as delivered within 7 days of receiving.
Please email zsastyle@hotmail.com, with your reasons for return and repackage in appropriate manor.
Refunds will be credited to the account or card used to the original purchase of the item, less any taxes or import duties incurred.
We will email you on receipt of the goods to confirm that your return will be processed.
